Transforming fish farming
Stingray needed a teaser video to showcase their products in a sophisticated and premium way. The main objective was to grab attention, create a lasting impression, and generate interest in the product. This video would be utilized at conferences, events, and on their website.

Making a statement
To make our film stand out from the typical films in the fishing industry, we took an unconventional approach. Our aim was to create a bold statement by showcasing the product in a modern and innovative manner. As part of this approach, we devised a brand-building concept that visually depicted the transformation of a stingray into the actual product.
Stinging resemblance
A careful balance was maintained between artistic creativity and realistic detail. Due to the detail-oriented nature of both the client and the target audience, we dedicated significant time to understanding the technical aspects of fish farming. This ensured that every aspect, from product design to fish animation and the fish farming environment, accurately represented their real-life counterparts.
During the concept development, we noticed the resemblance between the stingray and the product. The stingray's eyes, with their wide field of view, mirrored the product's stereoscopic optics. Similarly, the product's laser resembled a stingray's stinger. To enhance the film's impact and evoke awe, a custom score was created that built up towards the climax of the laser firing moment. Notably, the score abruptly stops when the laser is activated, highlighting its precision in eliminating lice without harming the fish.
Strong showing
The film received extensive attention when it was showcased at trade fairs and conferences. It was also used internally for the launch of a new profile, generating a strong sense of pride among employees.
