EXPLAINER

What Elvia's customers are most curious about is "What is the grid fee?" This is exactly what we were tasked with explaining. It was important to get an overview of the scope of the work and showcase the workers who ensure that the electricity reaches the customer.

Simplicity with Substance

Elvia's universe is a nice balance between reality and minimalism. The proportions of the characters and objects are quite realistic, but the use of color and details is minimalist, making the image more readable. To draw attention to certain objects, we use Elvia's "charging green" combined with high contrasts in shades of gray.

Elevating Engagement

Normally, we just have a voiceover narrating over the images. This time, we chose to have the character speak to the camera. We believe that this adds a more personal touch and a sense of pride in the work being done.
